Hi, I'm Rebecca. I have an important message to share. I want to help you to learn to let go of physical, mental, emotional, and life clutter in order to find happiness again….especially after you've experienced a tragedy like a suicide loss.
I don't believe that we are meant to suffer from our tragedies or be bogged down by our thoughts and our “stuff” for our entire life. If that was the case, I'd still be dragging around a dark hole of grief and depression over my teenage son Trevor's suicide death in 2012. (If you'd like to learn more about that story, you can see the book HERE).
Instead, I've been able to find joy in life again. I did that through decluttering, doing forgiveness work, letting go of negativity, and creating an exciting path to my future.
I hope that my story will inspire other women who have faced tragic events in their past to dig deep and figure out how to let go of guilt, anger, resentment and other negative feelings that come up when these losses occur.
I also love to help women let go of all the clutter that has built up around us and is causing lots of feelings of overwhelm and unhappiness. Letting go of negative feelings and letting go of “stuff” will lead to a much happier, more joyful life.
I can assure you that you have a purpose for being here. Your purpose may not be clear right now because of all the stuff…but that's why I'm here to help.
