Welcome, Sarah, thank you so much for being part of my podcast launch. I'm so happy to have you here today.

[1:07]
Thank you, Rebecca. I'm stoked to be here.

[1:10]
truly blessed. Yes. And I just want to say that you and I met about a year ago, it was a little over a year ago at a at a retreat. And we kind of have been on like similar journeys, you know, for this past year of trying to really embody who we uniquely are. Right. And both of us have changed directions in our businesses. So I thought it would be so fun to have you as a guest to talk about that kind of stuff.

[1:37]
Yes.

[1:39]
So I first I wanted to ask you a question about and I asked this to all my guests about being an entrepreneur, but you have a little bit of a different story in that you've always been an entrepreneur, you bet you didn't like come from a corporate job or write anything

[1:54]
like that. Not really not. Yeah, I mean, who's that I like? Yeah, I worked. Um, man, I have had employers. I worked in restaurants since I was 17 years old. I was a nanny for a little while. But ever since I was a little girl, I knew that there was this thing in me that needed to come out that was uniquely mine, and I was the one that was going to bring it out. And that would be that was what entrepreneurship or the entrepreneurial spirit. Like that's what I feel like, that's what it was. Yeah. Yeah, I didn't, I didn't follow any traditional paths. As a young adult. I didn't. I mean, I did some Junior College. You know, as I love to learn, so, but there was never a degree, there was never a program at a traditional university that allowed me to step into that. That helped me explain what it was that I'm here to do. Wow. So yeah, I just always followed my own guidance of okay. I'm a healer. So what that looked like when I was 24, was being a massage therapist. Oh, and I just, I just started giving massages, and then I went to massage school. But it's I didn't, you know, it's like, I didn't learn anything there. I remembered a lot

[3:21]
of interesting.

[3:22]
Yeah, it was always a very for me. My entrepreneurial endeavors were always infused with spirit and lead with spirit and using my intuition and just being guided to do this work. And then, I wanted to do ceremonies, I wanted to write and lead and create space. And so I started marrying people and writing the last wedding ceremonies, which is super fun. And that, that evolved into wedding planning. Which was amazing. I have a very, like, I have a I have the ability to see things all at once, like Yeah, I know, like, how things are gonna look and I see all the details. And I it was really fun to then create it. Yeah, I am to create their wedding and hold space for that beautiful event. Yeah, and all my endeavors were successful there was successful as I imagined them being.

[4:29]
Wow, well, that's what manifester is do. I'm telling you. Right. That's the perfect dancer for a manifester. Right. So now coming from all of that, like how do you help people now as a life giver life coach, right,

[4:43]
I'm a life coach. So I still think of myself as a healer. I still like all that work of holding space for one person on my massage table and you know, understanding their energy and working with their physical body and then holding space for a couple and then their family. Emily's, unlike the generations, that was all just the perfect experiences, I needed to now hold space for my clients who are all over the world, I now do work like this over, you know, over zoom over the phone and hold space for their transformation and healing, not just for them in their life, but past generations, past lifetimes, future generations, future lifetimes really just helping to heal ancestral lineages and the earth. And so I do what I how I work with my clients. I mean, I'm a coach, I'm a spiritual guy. And I help them integrate mind, body and spirit and really doing work that is, is spiritual healing through the emotional body, which is the body, you know, our physical body where our emotion where we experience our emotions, the felt experience, and then and then doing the mindset work around around that those shifts and that change.

[6:06]
Yeah, that's it sounds like some of the stuff you learned along the way of your other, like, entrepreneurial path, right? It kind of came into this work, too. So perfect. Here

[6:16]
I am, wherever I go.

[6:18]
And, of course, experiences along

[6:20]
the way where I really had to, you know?

[6:24]
Yeah,

[6:25]
I am. So I'm happy to say that.

[6:27]
Yes. It's awesome that you're here because we need you in the world, right? We all this is what's so great about it is like we all have our unique, like role to play in the world. And I think so many of us don't ever really find out what that is or don't like, figure it out or moving to it, or that's what coaches are here to help people with. Right? Yeah, yeah. for themselves.

[6:53]
I've always felt that my role here is to help other people find their purpose align, like alignment themselves, so that their knowing of what they're here to do, and then stepping into that.

[7:06]
Yeah, exactly. Because as you and I both know, it just feels so good. to like, be like, Oh, this is what I'm here to do. Oh my gosh, you know, it's like this answer, like, oh, and it feels good when it's the answer that you know, is the right answer.

[7:22]
Yeah, right. I've tried. I've tried a lot of other answers that weren't probably.

[7:32]
So yeah, like what what is one or two tips that you can share with our audience to help them lean into living more in alignment with their unique gifts with today are uniquely here to be? What are signs?

[7:46]
This is what I say everywhere is, is allowing emotions, really. How does this want to be said right now? You don't. When you avoid, resist or react to emotions, which is the felt experience in your body, you are dis you're continuing a pattern of disconnection from yourself. And you can't fully step into what your purpose I mean, that's a heavy, that's a loaded word, but just fully step into yourself, and who you get to be on this earth at this time in this life, if you're denying any aspect of yourself. And so yeah, I believe and I teach, and I coach on, stepping into that those emotional experiences allowing the emotion and, and following it and allowing it to show you why it's there. And if it's, if it's showing up, it's because it's ready to transform, it's ready to move and to shift in some way. And when we bring conscious awareness to that experience, we shift to like, it's, it's this beautiful dance that we get to do with ourselves and with what I call energy bodies, energy, bodies, emotions. And so by allowing it and so just what are the steps that people can do? What are the tips is, is when you have a feeling?

[9:10]
Yeah, deep breath,

[9:11]
notice, Nemeth and ask yourself, where am I feeling this right now in my body? What are the sensations I'm feeling? I build intimacy with it. And then you can you can take it further you can, you can create a relationship with emotions in your body that they then have the opportunity to show you more about what they are and why they're there. It's never because somebody said something. Is your husband like for God? It was your anniversary or you know, your kids slam the door like those external events, trigger the emotions that are already there within you that you get to allow and be with.

[9:56]
Thank you. Yeah, what a great tip. Right? We need To feel our feelings people

[10:04]
feel your feelings.
