This week's vlog concerns the topic of gratitude. By using gratitude, I was able to slowly let go of negative feelings I had around my son's death and the circumstances I've been dealt in my life. I admit I had a hard time letting go of a lot of anger and other negative feelings, but gratitude has helped me look at my life more positively.
I also give a few tips on how you can start a habit of gratitude in your life.
